We’ve streamlined our business to specialize entirely in designing, building, servicing, and maintaining custom pools and outdoor spaces. That focus is what sets us apart. As one of the few pool builders in the area with a General Contractor’s License, we don’t just build your dream — we’re with you long after the last tile is set.

About Kevin
Kevin has over 30 years of dedicated experience in sales and construction. He earned his general contractor’s license in 2004 and then he and his wife started their own construction company, focusing on quality and craftsmanship. Honesty, integrity, and hard work are the core of his work ethic, building long-lasting relationships with customers. Kevin serves on the board of the Home Builder’s Association, providing valuable insights. He is committed to excellence and can turn clients’ dreams into reality. About Heather
Heather is co-owner and sales/marketing/operations manager for K-Built Construction. Her extensive experience in business management, customer service, and design is invaluable. K-Built’s philosophy is to exceed each client’s expectations through timely, accurate, and personalized service. Heather’s passion for decorating has allowed her to help customers design their outdoor paradise, including pools, spas, and outside living areas. Heather extends her design consultation services at no extra cost for construction and pool customers.
